Refund Policy

Our Commitment to You

At Charlotte Plastic Surgery Center P.A., we understand that deciding to undergo plastic surgery is a significant personal decision. We want you to feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. If at any point within 30 days of your consultation or deposit, you decide that our services are not right for you, we will provide a full refund of applicable fees.

What Is Covered

The following fees are eligible for refund within the 30-day period:

• Consultation Fees: Initial consultation fees paid to meet with Dr. Finical and discuss your goals.
• Surgical Deposits: Deposits paid to secure a surgery date, provided the refund is requested at least 30 days before the scheduled procedure.
• Pre-Operative Testing Deposits: Deposits for pre-operative tests that have not yet been performed.

What Is Not Covered

The following are not eligible for refund:

• Surgical fees after the procedure has been performed
• Pre-operative tests or imaging that have already been completed
• Prescription medications or post-operative supplies already provided
• Deposits for surgeries canceled less than 30 days before the scheduled date
• Non-surgical treatments already administered (injectables, etc.)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. 1Contact our office by phone at (702) 561-2890 or by email at stephanfinical@charlotteplastic.us within 30 days of your payment.
2. 2Provide your name, date of consultation or payment, and the amount paid.
3. 3Our patient coordinator will confirm your refund eligibility and process your request within 5-7 business days.
4. 4Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Surgery Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled surgery, we require at least 30 days notice for a full deposit refund. Cancellations made 15-29 days before surgery may receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 15 days before surgery are not eligible for a deposit refund, as operating room time and staff have been reserved for your procedure. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your surgery rather than cancel, we are happy to accommodate you at no additional charge, provided you give at least 14 days notice. Your deposit will be applied to your new surgery date. We allow one reschedule without penalty; additional reschedules may require a new deposit.

Medical Cancellations

If Dr. Finical determines during your pre-operative evaluation that surgery is not medically advisable at this time, you will receive a full refund of your surgical deposit. Patient safety is our highest priority, and we will never proceed with a procedure that poses undue risk.
